 Connection lost

Problem

Sometimes, the connection of a monitoring TCP port is stopped and I no longer get monitored data files being saved. I have to manually restart the service or open/close the TCP port.

Solution

Please, try to enable the "Keep-alive" option in the settings (see figure below).

If you use the TCP client mode and our logger only receives data, then it is possible you can exchanges roles in your system: configure your device to work in the TCP client mode and our software to the TCP server mode.
