This is the software protection problem. Try to add our software to the DEP exclusion list: My Computer - Properties - Additional - Performance - DEP

I have just acquired Advanced USB Port Monitor yesterday, and already have a major issue : Now that it is installed, I cannot use VMware Workstation correctly, as the VMware USB Arbitration service doesn't want to start and fails with an error 31.

We are using you printer monitor to monitor our network printers and it is working fine. But it is still unclear for us how are the printed pages counted as when we print 1 page the data in the database is 0 for page count but 1 for total pages. Is there a limit for what is 1 page printed and what is 0 page printed?

Problem

When I click transmit the "Open" dialog box opens but everything is grayed out and I can not change to the directory where my files are.

Solution

Please, open the machine settings windows and uncheck the "Manual mode - Directories - The program will not allow to change folder " option.

Hello, we have installed the Data Timout plugin in the PBX Data Logger. We have created an event called TIMEOUT1 as shown in the documentation. Our settings are:

Parser variable = DATA_PACKET
Timeout = 10 Minute
Event = TIMEOUT1
Don’t generate events if no data was received = Unchecked
Generate events only once for each timeout = Unchecked

Now how do we use this event to send email in the Events Handling plugin?

We don't collect the annual fee and the purchased version will never expire.

Is it possible to extend that command with a "new folder" every x-time D/M/Y?

Answer

Yes, you may use the special command in the folder name like:

C:\Folder\{YYYY}{MM}{DD}

in this case the program will create a new folder every day.
